Vice President Duties: The Vice President shall chair the Judicial Committee; shall act as parliamentarian for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee; shall uphold the laws and bylaws by review and interpretation of ANTSHE Constitution; shall answer any questions and settle disputes by committee consensus pertaining to the ANTSHE Constitution; shall act as custodian for all ANTSHE policy documents; shall review all legislation for constitutionality prior to consideration by the Board of Directors; shall be acting chair for all meetings in the absence of President. The Vice President reports to the president and is a voting member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The Vice President is expected to attend all Board of Director and Executive Board meetings as well as the annual conference

"I have enjoyed serving ANTSHE for the past 5 years. I would like the privilege of serving for another two years.
My theme for the next two years will be servant leadership. My goal will be to recruit new board members and to
devise new ways to encourage our members to get more involved with the day to day operations of ANTSHE."
