Position Description: The Secretary is responsible for the maintenance of the organization’s records and correspondence. In the absence of a Judicial Vice President, the Secretary shall maintain a true copy of the Constitution and Bylaws. The Secretary will maintain records and documents of this organization. The Secretary shall keep an accurate record of meetings and activities of the organization and the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The Secretary will chair the ANTSHE Awards Committee and will coordinate the presentation of all ANTSHE awards at its annual conference. The Secretary reports to the President and is a voting member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The Secretary is expected to attend all Board of Director and Executive Board meetings as well as the annual conference. Failure to attend two scheduled meetings in a row (real or virtual) or failure to complete an assigned project by the mutually agreed due date shall be considered grounds for removal from ANTSHE Board.
