Dorothy Siegfried
The College Board

Dorothy Siegfried joined the staff of the College Board in 1987. For her first eight years she held the position of Assistant Director of Data Services, where her primary responsibility was for The Annual Survey of Colleges which resulted in the production of: The College Handbook, College Costs and Financial Aid Handbook, The Index of Majors and Graduate Degrees, The College Handbook for Transfer Students, and The College Handbook Foreign Student Supplement. Ms Siegfried directed the compilation of The Guide to High Schools. In addition to these print publications, Ms. Siegfried contributed to the software development of: The College Explorer, The College Cost Explorer Fund Finder, and the ExPAN Guidance Network. In this position with the Guidance Publishing unit of the Board, she managed and supervised a team of 20 editors, data entry staff, and proofreaders.
